Kearny picks developer for 17 acre Passaic Avenue renewal tract

After months of negotiation, Kearny has designated 113 Passaic Avenue Urban Renewal, LLC, an affiliate of Russo Development, LLC, as the developer of a 17.4 acre Passaic riverfront tract.
