REDEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER ANNIN FLAG MANUFACTURING BUILDING | VERONA, NJ

 
The Annin Lofts project, a joint venture partnership with Dinallo Construction Corp., includes the redevelopment of the former Annin Flag manufacturing building into 51 loft style apartments with studios, one and two-bedroom apartment homes.

A new building, with 60 additional units, was developed adjacent to the Annin structure and complements the existing building’s architectural elements and historical significance introducing a new industrial-luxe style with exposed ceilings and oversized windows. The project respects the deep history of Annin & Co., the oldest and largest flag maker in the United States by restoring the building with the highest quality materials, interior finishes, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces. Annin Lofts boasts lavish community amenities including rooftop terraces, a clubroom, dog park and covered parking.
