Vermella Rahway will feature 211 transit-oriented luxury apartment homes in a historic enclave of Union County. The development will maximize the existing pedestrian bridge to establish a link to NJ Transit service and downtown.

Rahway has been a strong model of smart, sustainable redevelopment for over a decade and our design will incorporate subtle references to historic train station architecture, blending transportation-inspired aesthetic elements along the rail-facing elevations with a more civic downtown square character on the opposite facade.
