Carlos Sanchez is a seasoned financial executive with over a decade of experience in the construction industry, specializing in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and team leadership. As Controller at REDCOM Design & Construction LLC, Carlos played a key role in shaping and executing financial plans, overseeing AP/AR, payroll, HR, and leading initiatives that streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Prior to REDCOM, Carlos served as Assistant Controller at Tri Star Construction, where he managed full-cycle accounting operations, job costing, and financial reporting while guiding the organization through tax compliance and audit readiness. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at M Ali Construction and Admiral Air, where he enhanced accounting systems, implemented software transitions, and ensured regulatory compliance across multiple financial domains.

Carlos is highly proficient in construction-focused financial platforms including Sage Intacct & 300 CRE, Procore Financials, and Jonas Enterprises, and brings a collaborative approach to aligning financial operations with executive-level business goals. He is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management & finance.
