David Grabowski is a finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. With more than 17 years in senior leadership roles, David has built a reputation for strengthening financial operations, restructuring accounting functions, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across diverse and complex portfolios.

Throughout his career, David has been deeply involved in financial management, audit oversight, internal control development, and strategic planning. He has successfully led teams through operational and system transformations, ensuring processes are scalable, technology-driven, and aligned with long-term business objectives. His expertise includes accounting management, process implementation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting—areas where he consistently drives measurable improvements in both performance and transparency.

David has held key financial leadership positions at prominent real estate organizations, including Stuytown Properties (Beam Living), Solow Realty Co LLC, and currently Russo Development. Across these roles, he has overseen large-scale residential and commercial portfolios, contributed to major organizational transitions, led accounting system upgrades, and supported complex audits and financial planning initiatives. His work has consistently focused on delivering strategic value through better systems, processes, and team alignment.

A collaborative and adaptable leader, David is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and aligning financial practices with organizational goals. Currently serving as Controller at Russo Development, David continues to apply his broad expertise to support financial integrity and operational excellence. He holds a master’s degree in business management and marketing, as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
