Josh Voshell | Russo Development

With Russo Development since 2014, Josh manages residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects, driving early-stage efforts in site planning, design strategy, entitlement coordination, and feasibility analysis. He shapes development concepts to help ensure long-term viability and alignment with Russo’s goals.

Josh leads Russo’s internal site planning team and directs the creation of development proposals for new project opportunities. He collaborates closely with leadership, in-house design and construction teams, and external consultants to evaluate planning scenarios, zoning compliance, and development potential. He also supports projects through due diligence, entitlements, financial analysis, and construction planning, guiding them from concept through delivery and stabilization.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute.
