Roman Gorfinkel | Russo Development

Roman Gorfinkel has over 20 years of construction experience in mixed-use, multi-family, commercial and retail sectors. Roman joined Russo Development in 2015 and has been responsible for construction and completion of a variety of complex projects for the company.

In his role as Vice President – Construction, Roman oversees all mixed-use and select commercial projects for Russo Development. He specifically enjoys being an integral part of the project from inception to completion. With each project presenting a variety of challenges, he thrives in problem solving, multi-tasking, and relentlessly pursuing solutions.

Roman graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, coaching, and spending time with his wife and three boys.
